Who we are

Cogni Qube ("we", "us") is a computer vision company based at Ghazi Road, Lahore Cantt, Lahore, Pakistan. This policy covers this website and our products, including the Cric 360 mobile app. Contact us at hello@cogniqube.com with any privacy question.

What we collect on this website

• Messages you send us. When you use a contact form we receive your name, email, the topic, your message and, if you add them, your organisation and phone number. We use these only to reply and to follow up on your request.
• Basic server logs. Our host records technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.

The website does not use advertising trackers or sell any data.

Cric 360 app

• Account. We use Google Firebase to sign you in and store your profile, sessions and results.
• Videos. In the free tier, videos are analysed on your phone and are not uploaded. When you use Pro analysis, the clip you choose is uploaded to our servers so it can be measured on a GPU, and the results are stored with your account.
• Measurements. Body keypoints and measurements derived from your videos are stored so you can see your history and progress.
• Squads. If a coach adds a player to a squad, the coach can see that player's sessions and results.

We use these data only to provide and improve the app. We do not sell them. You can ask us to export or delete your account and data at any time by emailing hello@cogniqube.com.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run our services, including website hosting, Google Firebase for accounts and storage, and cloud GPU providers for Pro analysis. They process data only on our instructions.

How long we keep data

We keep messages for as long as needed to handle your request and our follow-up. App data is kept while your account is active and deleted when you ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Children

Young players may use Cric 360 with a parent, guardian or coach who manages the account. If you believe a child has given us personal data without permission, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and object to how we use it. Email hello@cogniqube.com and we will reply within 30 days.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and show the date of the latest version at the top.
